Is there a per-claim fee?
No. The whole point is to make warranty filing easier, not to tax every claim you file.
What happens if I outgrow the Free tier?
You’ll see a note when you hit your 5th active claim. You can keep using the product, archive a claim to free up a slot, or upgrade to Pro. We won’t auto-bill you.
Do you take a cut of warranty payouts?
No. Manufacturers pay claims directly to dealers, same as today. We’re not in that loop.
What does the Manufacturer tier actually include?
Aggregate, anonymized denial-reason data across your dealer network, an Official Partner badge, and a direct line to the founder for product feedback. We’re still figuring out the right shape with our first launch partners — talk to us if you want input.
