Privacy

• Dealer accounts — name, email, business name, and contact info you enter when signing up.
• Homeowner records — the contact info dealers add to file claims (name, address, email, phone).
• Equipment & claim data — what dealers enter or capture via nameplate photos.
• Usage data — anonymized logs of which features get used, so we can improve the product.
• AI processing — when you use nameplate OCR or message drafting, the relevant image or text is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API. Models aren’t trained on your data, by us or by Anthropic.

• We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don’t use your claims to train AI models.
• We don’t share individual dealer or homeowner records with manufacturers — only anonymized, aggregated denial-reason patterns when a manufacturer is a sponsoring partner.

• Dealers see only their own data. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database level — see Security.
• Homeowners see only the public-facing status page for the claim filed on their behalf — never internal notes.
• Manufacturers, if they’re a sponsoring partner, see aggregate trends across their product line. Never individual dealer or homeowner records.

We use cookies for sign-in sessions only. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies or pixel trackers.

On Supabase (Postgres), hosted on AWS in the United States (us-east-1).

For the life of your account, plus 90 days after deletion in case you change your mind. You can request export or deletion any time by emailing privacy@poolwarranty.io.

We’ll email you before anything material changes. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when the most recent change happened.
